I know may of you will know of this fic, even if you haven't read it as yet but my first recommendation is a beautiful story of heartbreak, love and sheer bloodymindess.. This story makes you laugh, cry and be horny too as you follow Spike and Xander through an incredible journey. The ending is surprising but as you think back to the chapters the subtle hints are there..

Excellent fic. Lonnnnnnng fic. I have that one and another
one or two of hers saved. Repo is so long, I decided not to
try to print it out due to the cost of ink. I plan to read it
again one day.

Oops..that bloody admin woman, can't get anything right it's ok now..Even though I know the story I still laugh and cry when those bits come up..I love Spike's monster feet slippers..and I don't know about you but I can see the story in my head as it unfolds.That for me is a really good fic...
